Answered rockruff evolution

hello, ive been trying to get my rockrufff to evolve into lycanroc(dusk) but when i catch a lvl8 rockruff n saw that it could evolve into lycanroc(midnight) i was confused because the wiki said rockruff only evolves when its at lvl 25. can someone please explain why this happens

Rockruff's evolution is based on your real location time.

• Lycanroc (Midday) - 07:00 - 17:00
• Lycanroc (Dusk) - 17:00 - 18:00
• Lycanroc (Midnight) - 18:00 - 07:00
