I can see how many times you battle someone and it's pretty clear when someone battles that same account 380 times in a row that they intended to do it.
However, I don't really see how you can just "stumble" upon an account like that anyway, you'd have to know it's username.

It's a known issue. It will be resolved the day the event ends. It's easier to fix them all at once rather than having to keep doing it. Don't worry about it for now.

The guides are currently being reworked and migrated to the Wiki (http://www.pokemonmountain.com/) So don't expect the guides here on the forums to be kept up to date or take any further shape.

Rotom (Halloween) was given out to people who defeated a trainer in the Event Center called Creeper which lasted a week starting October 31st 2015.
Beat it once for a Normal Rotom (Halloween) and beat the rematch with more powerful Pokémon to get a random special type.

As said, for now there is no way without re-purchasing moves to move them around which can become quite costly especially with powerful moves like Explosion.
Attack re-ordering is something I have planned for v4 but not yet done. It's on the list so for now while it's not available, there's some peace of mind to know it's on the way.

Pokémon Sun and Moon aren't even out yet and we've only seen a very small amount of Pokémon from it.
The two games release in November 2016 so it will be some time around then when they're added to Vortex.

Just so you're aware, you don't actually need an event ticket for the current Zygarde event. If you click unlock, it will unlock without needing one (or using any if you already have one)
As for events where you do need one. I will usually specify somewhere how to get one but for now (pre-v4) you will never really "need" an event ticket. Either events won't need one or you'll just be given one for the event.

Anyway to answer the question, yes I have thought about it and nothing has really edged me to adding it just yet but that doesn't mean it never will be added.

The partial will take the Original trainer of the core that was fused.
when fusing a complete, the original trainer of the Zygarde will be passed on to it.

Bumping a forum topic is when you revive a some-what or completely dead thread.
You can bump your own trade threads if no one has posted in it for five days, no less. Any other form of topic bumping isn't allowed on the forums and will result in a warning as it is classed as double posting/spamming if you were the last person to reply to it twice including the bump post.

Every Pokémon on the maps including legendaries are randomly generated using RNG (Random Number Generation)
With this, while you may have 1:1000 chance for something specific to spawn, that does not guarantee you said Pokémon in 1000 steps or less since it does not calculate or store how many steps you have taken. Instead, it resets back to 1:1000 every step taken.
This makes it completely luck related to find something you are or aren't looking for.
When the Wiki starts to take more shape, exact numbers of spawns will be able to be found on there.

We don't currently catalogue what every Pokemon can learn without you owning the Pokemon and checking their "change attacks" section.
Something that will hopefully change in v4 - It's being looked into.

To become a moderator you have to pass a series of tests.

Every Pokemon has different value depending on who you are actually trading with. It 100% depends on what you yourself and the other person you're trading with value the Pokemon at.
For example, if you are trading with someone who is trying to complete the Metallic Pokédex and they only need a Metallic Froakie to finish it, they will obviously value it a lot higher than most and will over-trade(pay) for it whereas you yourself are not too bothered about giving it away so it would be your chance to get a bit more for your Metallic Froakie.
The same applies to legendaries and event Pokémon. It is just dependant on who is trading. Think of what you want for your Pokémon and what you would be willing to give others for theirs - That's their value.

You just have to keep battling with the Pichu over and over. It's not done with just 10 battles, you have to keep at it.
