    I am still looking for an option to turn off notifications for status updates. I was reminded of this when I woke up today. 33 notifications, 32 of which were from a status update that I've posted in once, where the conversation (and topic) does not involve me (anymore). I don't want those notifications.

      I try to, but I want to be able to have notifications when they mean something, or when I want to read them.
      It's happened before, and I get very annoyed it at. I don't want to miss any notifications I care aobut because they're drowned in 30 other notifications.
