Answered Marshadow and hoopa not unbound (little hoopa)

Hi vortex! I had a question about two pokemon I've never seen in this game? First one is marshadow? I've seen it in the game pokedex but theres none in the game. Same for little hoopa that's not the unbound. Please tell me if these pokemon are coming soon or if they exist or if they won't be on the game? Thanks.

They are pokemon events which will  be released in form of a special event.
