Answered Account Banned?

Hello, when I go to log into my account, it says that it's banned. The first time this happened was around February/March of 2019. I thought it was a temp-ban, so I waited it out. I'm just now remembering about the game, and I come to find that it's still banned. I've had this account since 2014 (ace1103), so can someone tell me what happened or why I've been banned?

You were banned for automating gameplay which is against the terms of service.

Bans of this nature are permanent, so that explains why you were banned then and remain banned today.

you might have been banned for automating gameplay or using bots or something similar
