Is there any way to catch the Pokemon you want faster?Cause I have been searching for hoopa in route 7,12,22,23 and I found a mystic once but I killed it and then after that I could not find no more.

You have to be lucky, so there's really not anything you can change.
Hoopa is a Legendary Pokémon, and therefore it is hard to find.
In the end it's a chance though, so while some encounters may take an hour, others may take less than a minute. It just depends on luck.

@Mutant_Arm to avoid killing it use a masterball even before you attack , Throw throw it before making a move 100% catch for all pokes like legendries rare except for ultra beast
