Others before you have not realized this, while the purchased item was there all along.

In short, a Pokémon needs 73 happiness points to gain 1 happiness heart.
Each battle that you won that a Pokémon participates in, it gains 1 or 2 (randomly chosen) happiness points. So that's 37-73 battles needed for 1 heart, depending on your luck.

It's likely a Rare encounter to mirror how hard it is to find in the main games.

Vortex Balls are best used on really hard to find and catch Pokémon. Ultra Beasts are the most rare, so that's the best target.
If you have Beast Balls, use those first. If you don't, that's when you use a Vortex Ball.

That is not possible.
If you chose not to change upon evolution, but you still want to have those moves after the evolution happened, you have to buy the moves.

You don't need to have a Vortex/Beast Ball in your inventory to encounter UBs. You can have no items at all, and still encounter a UB in the wild.
You do however need the Balls yuou mentioned to catch UBs.

If you know you have the badges, and especially if you have encountered them before, then you simply have bad luck.
There's nothing prettier I can make of that situation.
Legendaries are very rare. Their encounters are based on chance.
On a really lucky day you may see two within half an hour, but sometimes it can take multiple hours to find one. That's how chances work.
It sounds like these last few days you've had the bad luck side of those chances.

A log-in reward can only be obtained once per IP-adress.
So if you and your brother play from the same house, the first to log in will get the reward.

If it is inappropriate, you can report them. That is allowed.

To put a promo code up for auction, the code has to be 'packed'. This means the code cannot be used anymore.
Would the code be 'unpacked', a new code will be generated for the same item/Pokémon, making it useful again.

You are recommended to, if you want to add more Pokémon to your trades, to edit the original trade topic, and add the new Pokémon there.

You likely broke that rule, perhaps multiple times. I didn't look at all of your topics to verify that.

The exact encounter rates for any Pokémon are not known.
Manaphy and Suicune are both legendary Pokémon, so their encounter rates are the same. What exactly that number is is not public knowledge.
You were just incredibly lucky.

To my knowledge training accounts are the fastest way.
As explained in the video, immunity Pokémon train the fastest. Other Pokémon, especially at low levels, may need help from immunity Pokémon. After a while they may be able to beat training accounts by themselves.

Arceus is a Legendary Pokémon, and therefore has the Legendary spawn rate.
The exact encounter chance for Legendary Pokémon (and any other Pokémon for that matter) are not public knowledge.

You've already made what you needed/could. This topic doesn't add anything new.
Assuming it was only an account ban, you can make a new account. However, I don't know any details about the banning system, as I am no staff member.

It may have been a (temporary) bad internet connection.
For me right now there is no issue. This may also mean the issue has been solved, or it was only on your end.

Average EXP, to my knowledge, looks at the average EXP on ALL of your Pokémon.

If you have 10 Pokémon of 5 million EXP each, you will have 5 million average EXP with a 50 million total.
If you have 50 Pokémon with 2 million EXP each, you will have 2 million average EXP with a 100 million total.

That's how differences can be made.

Assuming you have a decent amount of Level 100 Pokémon, catching wild low-level Pokémon will usually lower your average EXP, as the EXP on that Pokémon (3000 on a Level 6 Pokémon) is normally lower than your average at the time.

Missingno. is a glitch Pokémon that can appear in Pokémon Red/Blue.
It's not a standard Pokémon for the main games, but was made available in Pokémon Vortex.
