In the Vortex Discord, you can go to the #bot-commands channel to find out what the value of a Pokémon is.
By using the !value command, you can find out the lowest, highest and average price paid for any Pokémon, item or something else in the past 30 days.

Starters can be found in the wild. They are rare encounters.
They are more likely to encounter than legendaries in the same area, but they are still rare. It may take a long time before you encounter any.

Pokémon from Generation 8, which include Zacian and Zamazenta, cannot be found on the old maps.
Type: Null can be encountered on the ice maps.

Unfortunately, you can only access Legacy Maps on accounts created before V5 was introduced, so on accounts that had access to the legacy maps previously.
If your account was made two days ago as you say, you will only have access to the new 'live' maps.

It may be in more places, but I know that Dratini is a rare encounter in Fungal Cavern, in the part of the cave closest to Red-Rust Canyon.
 
Dratinire and the other Vortex-exclusive Dratini are Legendary Pokémon.
Dratinire is on Route 6.
Dratinilic is on Route 13 at night.
Dratinice is on Route 15 at night.
 

Unfortunately I cannot see what timezone you set your game to.
Do you remember anything about when you set that time? Do you remember setting it to your own timezone, or something else?

Please do note that Pokémon can only go to the box once you have more than 6 Pokémon.
Before you have a team of 6, no Pokémon will go to the box.
Once you catch a 7th Pokémon (and it goes to the box), then you will be able to swap Pokémon from your party and the box.

They exist, but currently do not yet have any effect.
They will be properly added in a future update.

Once a timezone has been entered on your account, it cannot be changed.

Automating gameplay can mean a few different things.
The main thing it refers to is someone using a program that does things for you. For example, it's programmed to walk for you, and catch Pokémon for you.
This would mean the player themselves does not play the game.

It's not known when the Galar update will happen.
When it does, I expect all Galar Pokémon to become available, including Galar starters when creating a new account.

Bans are normally never lifted.
As you admitted to using a bot, I know the ban was justified. Due to that, the ban will not be lifted.
You are allowed to make a new account and start anew from there.

Elite Four does not need to be beaten to be able to find Legendary Pokémon as of last week's update. Only a region's Gym Leaders need to be defeated to unlock Legendary Pokémon for that region.

Would you have done that, having unlocked the Legendaries, you still need to be lucky to encounter one. There's well under a 1% chance per encountered Pokémon that you will encounter a Legendary Pokémon.

When new Pokémon are added, standard Pokémon like Sandile, Petilil and Caterpie will have a slightly lower chance of appearing, due to there being more Pokémon with the Common rarity.
 
The starter Pokémon you are referring to (Charmander, Chikorita, Piplup, etc) were Common Pokémon in the past. They have indeed been changed to Rare Pokémon, likely to be closer to the main games where they cannot be obtained outside of them being starters, while still keeping them available for capture. Starters (and perhaps a select few other Pokémon) were changed from Common to Rare. Most Pokémon will stay the same. I don't expect a sudden change of the current Common Pokémon to Rare.

There is a limited time in which a message can be sent in. If I recall correctly, the deadline is around 1.5 seconds after the first correct answer is submitted, although this timing may have been changed.
I can understand the message is confusing, and it doesn't say what it really means.

Any message you send takes a small moment to arrive at the server's location. It is possible that when you hit ENTER to submit your answer, the time limit has not yet been reached, therefore allowing you to submit your answer. However, by the time the server receives your answer, the chat can already been locked. In such a scenario, your submission does not count. However, as you were able to submit something, Discord automates an error message. This message is the one you posted in this topic.
 
This is not something wrong with VortexBot (the host of the quiz) or Discord.
The only way yo avoid this is to type faster.
I do know that occasionally the bot can lag, which causes less answers to be accepted than there were correct answers. In addition, when a lot of people are playing (and have an answer correct), this can cause a bit of lag as well.
Generally though, speed is key. If you're quick with typing the Pokémon's name, you have a high chance of making it in.

To my knowledge, absolutely nothing. It disappears.
Stats are kept as to how much money is 'sent to Vortex' for things like auctions and lotteries, but no-one actually gains from it.

You are allowed to have as many accounts as you want.
There are no special conditions. Just don't break the rules, and you're fine.

There have indeed been times where it's taken very long to find a Legendary Pokémon, while at other times I've found multiple in a few minutes.
I can see your point, but at the same time I don't think it should be changed. If it's changed, maybe it should increase slightly in chances to encounter a Legendary, but that'd be it.
Personally I like how it is now.

You cannot deposit Pokémon in a way that gives you less than 6 Pokémon in your party.
You can swap Pokémon with those in your party/box, but only if you already have a party of 6 Pokémon.

You can appeal your ban, you just did.
We're just letting you know the same thing that the eventual admin will tell you, as we have seen other ban appeals and replies to it.
 
You're allowed to make a new account and start fresh, just as long as nothing illegal happens on it.

If your account was created before the new timezone implementation, then you can set your own timezone on your profile.
I do not remember exactly where the option is, but it's somewhere on the profile. Please do note you can only do this once.
Once it's been set, it's not possible to be changed after that.

Ultra Beasts cannot be caught with most kinds of Poké Balls.
Only Beast Balls and Vortex Balls work on them.

It is most likely that the Galarian starters were added as a preview for the big update involving all Pokémon from the 8th generation.
I assume that once that big update happens, that that'll be when Scorbunny, Grookey and Sobble will be added as Pokémon you can choose as your starter.
For generation 7 I believe we were allowed to vote on what the 4th starter would be. Perhaps we'll get another chance like it. We'll have to wait and see.
