How do I catch legendary Pokémon?
Legendary Pokémon will appear randomly on the maps, only after you have defeated all gym leaders, elite 4's, champions, Hoenn/Sinnoh battle frontiers and the Battle Maison excluding Events or Sidequests.

Now if you're asking how to get your pokemon to level 130, you can't. Gym leaders (and Patrick) can have them, but normal users can't. To get your pokemon to level 100, use training acocunts.

The only two balls that catch Ultra Beasts are Beast Balls and Vortex Balls. Beast Balls catch only Ultra Beasts, while Vortex Balls catch any pokemon.

You need to teach your Rayquaza the move 'Dragon Ascent'. It costs 150k pokedollars, which may be pricey if you're starting out. Once you teach it the move, just click evolve like you'd normally do and Rayquaza Mega should be an available evolution option.

There's no set date for v4.

You are correct. Transform makes the Ditto turn into the pokemon you're battling for the battle. It's not a glitch.

The current version of Vortex is V3, not V2. V4 is the upcoming version. If you have an account right now (that is, in V3), it will not be deleted when V4 is released.

Just read Patrick's answer.

If your account was created when V2 was around, you won't get it back. Due to the large amount of abuse in the game (botting, scaming, etc.), when V3 came out (the current version of the game), Patrick decided to give the game a fresh start by resetting all accounts. Now if you created an account around November 2015, you should check this out:

Just battle training accounts or in sidequests. The users with alot of money have just been playing for a while. One training account battle can get you from 1,500 to 12,000 pokedollars, so it also depends on your luck. Just choose a pokemon you want exp on, get a dank playlist, and grind the hell out of it on training accounts.

Masterballs can be pricey if you recenty started. I would suggest doing sidequests to get masterballs, or grab a level 100 Eevee or two and use quick attack. Unfortunately, false swipe doesn't work in vortex, so weak attacks like quick attack are your best option. If you don't want to grind sidequests for masterballs, just buy some ultraballs. They are completely worth it.

The only other pokemon is Lopunny (I'm pretty sure)

You need to complete the Sevii Island Sidequests to get a Latiosite. You have a 33.3% chance of getting it though... Look at this:
