Well, aside from the nostalgia factor (used to play Crater back in 2006), I'd say the ease of training. It's a fun grinding game that helps me pass the time at my job (which is being on the phones all day lol) and I like the community feel, the regular updates and new content, and the fact that all gens are available in multiple forms. There's enough content to keep things interesting and have plenty to do.

As others have mentioned, starter pokemon are quite rare but can be found on normal maps - water starters are found in water portions of the cave maps or the grass maps, grass starters are found on the grass maps, and fire starters are found on the fire maps. Honestly, a better way to get them more quickly is probably through either trade or Pokebay auctions.

Same here... I think the site may be down for maintenance right now, but I'm not 100% sure. I actually came to the forums to confirm whether or not that's the case. If I find something, I'll let you know!
