Answered Moves And Second Effects

When I select a move to go buy. Do they have effects like sludge bomb in the normal game has 30% chance to poison with 90 damage while sludge wave have 10% to poison with 95 damage. Do they carry these effects in vortex v5?

I am not sure if the percentages are the same but yes, there are side effects.

 

And the chances for it to hit, same thing, I don't know if the percentages are the same but they do exist since you can miss.

 

And also, the damages are not always the same

Added chances to inflict status do exist.
However, whether they exist on every move that has an added chance, and if that chance is the same as the main games, I don't know.

I don't know for each individual move if the side effect exists.
So until you or I see that Sludge Bomb inflicts Poison, I can only say 'maybe'.
