Unanswerable So... no Munchlax (Luna) :'(

It's definitive that Munchlax (Luna) won't be in the game, for players?  or will it be available someday?? cuz I'm waiting for more than 6 years forand... nothing 

 

Also, I want to know (if possible) who was the designer, creator of this special Munchlax.

On Forums (event calendar section {which was removed}), back on January 2017, someone posted the sprite of that unreleased special Munchlax. If I recall correctly.

Perhaps it was considered at some point, but considering how long ago it's been, I'd say it is unlikely it will ever be added.
