Let's take it easy. We have v4 now, and that'll stay for quite a long time.
There's major updates occasionally sure, but that doesn't mean we go to v5 instantly.
We're currently on v4, with the numbers in v.?.? changing occasionally depending on the updates added to the game.
The features you referred to may be added soon, they may also take a long time to be added. Without an official confirmation, which will likely come somewhat soon before release, we will have to wonder and be patient.
