There is only one that may be suitable, which is Flygon. Mega Flygon would have existed, but they were unable to complete the design, so Mega Flygon does not exist; https://www.nintendolife.com/news/2015/04/flygon_was_once_going_to_receive_a_mega_evolution. This is the only official mega Pokemon without an official artwork. So perhaps Pokemon Vortex can bring Mega Flygon to life.
