    the ones that are obtainable now.... not event avatars.

      Necrozma, Palkia, Dialga and Reshiram only have 1 copy in existence (owned by LilPsychKid, Mountain_Events, Hide_on_Bush and Showcase respectively)

       

      other than that the rarest are shiny avatars, Mewtwo, Regigigas, Snorlax, the seasonal birds, UB avatars, Melmetal and the avatars you get from redeeming shop Pokemon promos.

       

      The highest avatar sale ever was Pugsly buying Shiny Mew for 250M, auction ID 2527872
