I think like V2 it should be lowered to 10,000 100,000 is very costly and I don't think it's very easy to make that kind of money to spend! It's actually easy to accumulate a lot of master balls that way, just takes a while... Keep in mind that Patrick has said master balls may not be so easy to get once v4 comes out though... And when sidequest will be finished, probably will be more islands with chance to get masterballs. So, that will be better for new players.
