      You see @Sneezeball his username was kayl1, soon to be banned, I simply asked him so we could get whatever site or something and patch it? Idek how it works but he was a member for like 3 days and had more than 100 million experience. Sorry for noticing botters and trying to get them banned.

      I'm not too sure, maybe he wanted to show how easy it is to bot or something, I'm quite skeptical depending on he created that guide for banned users.

      No no, it means no happines hearts have been applied, therefore you have to keep using it in battle for it's happiness to rise :)

      Go to "View All Pokemon" > Go to Pokemon > Click on its name (Shadow Pichu) and happiness should be beneath its move-set and owners :) hope I could help!
