    You can't get your accounts back. You would need admin help but that it very rare because of all of the Scamming/Lying recently. Your best choice here is to contact the admins. Hope this helped!!! :) 

    Maintenance Doubt

    No. It means that you just have to battle with your team. You can battle with anyone and you have to do it once. After that, I am pretty sure that you get your points back.
