Recently, I got a new email address and have been trying to update it on the pokemon vortex forums, but I have not received the email to change it and I have tried five times. I don't think you lose the tokens you had from the previous year, because I started this year's event with 12 tokens I didn't use last year.

It means that you need to teach Eevee a fairy type move before you can evolve it into Sylveon. To teach it a fairy type move, view your team and click on the lightning bolt symbol under Eevee, and it will display all Eevees purchasable attacks. Then, replace one of Eevees moves with any move listed as a fairy type move, then you should be able to evolve it.

The best Pokemon I have is mystic Necrozma (Ultra).
