You need to go back to the Sidequest page, click claim and you will get one of the four currently available Hoenn prizes.

Make sure you check your inventory properly to see which of those you got. This is not a known issue with the game and people have no problem claiming their prize so I suspect you just overlooked which item you got.

Just navigate over to the Event Center, enter the Arceus event (if you haven't done so already), and trade your badges for a splash plate.

You need to complete through the Sinnoh quests. Try battling one more trainer and see if that works if you mean sidequest prize, not Splash Plate.

I clicked on claim but didnt got my prize instead it started the next battle
