This happens because you're trying to resubmit a form with information from a battle. The information is no longer relevant (because the battle is complete?) so the battle will do nothing with it, resulting in that error.

The Pokeballs on the forums are based on your account type and cannot be changed by you.

Assuming these are for the Meloetta event, you need to evolve an Igglybuff and Toxel yourself, you can't use their already evolved forms. Also please read the trade forum rules, trade topics must have at least 6 Pokémon listed for trade otherwise you should use the community trade thread or a status update.

The only one I disagree with is the 10% tax on PokéBay, it needs to exist to take money out of the game or people get infinitely richer and prices inflate to levels beyond affordability. Every game with a market economy needs (and usually does) this. You can read more about it here

Spawn rates are not public knowledge. The time taken to get anything just depends on your luck, it could be 5 minutes or 5 weeks.

Store purchases go to your in-game inventory under the Promo Codes sub-section. If it's not there, check you entered your username correctly during checkout. After correcting this, if it was wrong, the purchase will be in your in-game inventory within 60 seconds.
