    this IGN has all hoopa (unbound)'s by his own OT but still it's written he is a member not a donator.. how could this possible ??? anyone can explain this please...

      The donator status was only brought in for the Giratina (Origin) donations and after. All accounts that donated before it didn't get the donator account status.
      Besides this, only the account that messages me get the donator status so he could have messaged me from another account then used the promo codes on the account you're talking about. They don't have to claim their Pokemon on the account I send the codes to.
