Notifications are for important notices. Someone bidding on your listed auction is not what I would consider important, would be a waste of resources and make the notification system spammy and abusable to annoy other players. If you want to know if someone has bid on your auction, you can simply check the auction. When it comes to notifications, it's best to have the rule of thumb in mind; "Do I need to know this happened right away?" If the answer is anything but a solid yes, then it shouldn't be a notification.

Forum clans is no longer a thing, it was mainly used by players to apply pictures to their clan which was not the purpose of them but to give clans a place to talk. A way to apply pictures to clans will be available within the game in a future update but forum clans will never come back.

If your account is older than 2018 then it is already linked as logging into the forums requires a game account registration and no longer a separate forum account registration.

Time-based evolutions work on your own IRL timezone that was set when you created your account. If it’s not daytime when it should be then you set the wrong timezone.
