@skyfame yes ur giveaway and demonstriker posted that hs won a giveaway pokemon which had 30 million exp but the OT is now banned and the exp is probably botted , so it was no use of the giveaway  thats why this rule is posted 

It doesnt matter whether the exp pokemon belongs to a banned ot @seth1129400 what if some1 who is banned just caught it and traded it some1 and that person trained it legit. So your statement above that it belongs to a banned ot makesit botted is just stupid
