He had many accounts and this is one. You cannot really believe on someone just saying that, "I have stopped scamming!". As per as what I think and my past experience have said is still "Be Careful with him!". He/she has stolen my ten million exp Pokemon mystic furfrou kabuki renamed as envy. I traded it for shadow barbarcle grievous. He/she has also stolen 6-7 million PDS ,so please help and I got to know this when I was seeing his Pokemon, he still has it but he may release it after reading this post but please take some action. Agreed the thing with scammers is once they succeed they dont stop even if they fail with their scam they wont give up people like matelinski or however you spell it dont go away. The solution is simple be careful if you run into them and be smart with your trades, ask a friend before giving up a Pokemon to make sure its fair and square.
