  1. Nobody said you were scamming. You were given a warning for spamming. This blocked your ability to post for 24 hours. Despite acknolwedging this warning - you clearly didn't read it. You came back on another account to continue posting. This is against the rules. You were spamming. You sent me the same message copied+pasted in my DMs several times. You posted about your issue in unrelated topics multiple times to try and get my attention. This is spamming. Owning a seedot with his OT doesn't mean he hacked your account. If someone hacked your account and sent you a seedot with my OT would you think that I hacked your account instead? How do you know he hacked your account? Please answer these questions: Did you give your password to anyone else? Did you have an easy-to-guess password (e.g. your password was the same as your username) I cannot help you any further until we know what happened and how it happened.
  2. This not an error. You traded your pokemon to scabbar1.
  3. You were using a bot script to automate searching for pokemon on the legacy maps. This is cheating. This is why you are banned.
  4. @Babby246 Two people have attempted to help you, but you haven't responded to either of them yet. Instead, all you've done in the past 4 hours is spam me and Patrick in DMs and stalking me on the forum, posting in unrelated topics trying to get my attention. Thank you for making my job even harder than it needs to be. Please answer the questions that the above posters have already asked: Did you share your password with anyone? If so, why? How do you know that darkmat is to blame? Do you have any proof? I'm still not sure if you're reporting this as a "hack" or a scam. More information is needed.
  5. Some pokemon spawn during day, others spawn during night. There is no special spawn encounter time between 5:00-6:00. You are mistaken.
  6. Are you playing on Mac? Windows? Android? Also, which version? e.g. Windows 10? Windows XP? Try using Firefox.
  7. What version of Chrome are you using? and what operating system? Can you try using a different browser like Firefox and see if that helps?

  9. I'm not sure what is causing problems for you. Are you using an up-to-date modern browser such as Chrome or Firefox? Do you have a reliable, stable internet connection? We updated the map system yesterday with some fixes for network-related issues. Can you try again and see if the problem still occurs?
  10. There's a few things happening here: When you switch tabs in your browser, the map system stops running in the background. It effectively "pauses" the game. Unfortunately, online games cannot be paused (as other players are doing things all the time). When you "unpause" the game by switching back to the explore tab, your web browser tries to catch-up by quickly processing everything that happened while it was paused. If the system detects that your browser has been paused for too long then it will automatically disconnect you from the server to avoid having to process a huge amount of out-of-date information. After a couple of seconds, your browser should automatically re-connect. When you re-connect, the screen will flash to black and place you back at the location where you were when the disconnect happened. In an update which went live yesterday, this has been fixed. If your browser falls behind due to tab-switching then it will immediately try to re-synchronise with the server without disconnecting you. You will still sometimes see a flash of black after switching tabs, but it will be much quicker and you won't be teleported back when this happens.
  11. This sounds like a lag issue. The server tried to notify you that you'd skipped the Arceus and found a Pidgey, but the message did not reach your device before you pressed Battle. Recent changes to the map system have now made this scenario much less likely.
  12. @ronakcena512 I have updated the maps with some measures to compensate for bad lag spikes. Can you please try hunting again and see if this works any better for you now?
  13. Thank you for this suggestion. I understand the problem you are facing. I am currently working on improvements to the netcode of the map system and this is one of the issues I am looking to address. The current plan is for the server to detect a slow connection and compensate accordingly; this should prevent the rapid-skipping problem you've been having. We may also show an indicator on the screen when the stability of your connection drops so that you are aware when this is happening. Expect an update in a week or so.
  14. This is decorative. There are other patches of grass in Vortex Citadel that you can hunt in, however. Try the upper castle courtyard near the gym. Good luck!

  18. After having reviewed all the available evidence and having monitored the accounts involved for several days, I am not convinced that this person attempted/intended to scam you. It also appears that Hellfire4k tried to put things right: I can see he tried several times to purchase the pokemon back for you, but the other player did not want to sell it back. He offered to train another Alolan Ninetales for you but you declined as you would not be the OT. He offered to evolve (with his stone) and train an Alolan Vulpix of yours, but you declined this offer too. I cannot return the pokemon to you because it now belongs to another player who (as far as I can see) has done nothing wrong. I will not ban Hellfire4k as I do not believe he has done anything malicious. No, this does not appear to be the case.
