Sounds like you're using Tor which is blocked on Vortex. The question on forum registration has been fixed, thank you for bringing that to my attention.

It's Mystic Jigglypuff With only 31 available at the time of this post. Don't mistake rarity with the total count though - Mystic Jigglypuff is by no means hard to get, there are a few factors at play here to why there are so little: It's Mystic - These seem to be the least wanted by players so people are more likely to skip the Mystic Igglybuff if found on the maps. It's a happiness evolution - Happiness evolution takes a lot more time to do than a regular level evolution so not many people do it. It's a middle evolution - If people can be bothered with the happiness evolution, they usually take it to the next step too and will evolve it into a Wigglytuff. Just remember, the number count of a Pokémon doesn't always signify how rare a Pokémon is, but how much it is liked.

You're not allowed to ask for admission to a contest - They must be 100% free to enter even if the entree is guaranteed their entry fee back. This eliminates the possibility for people to scam through contests. Please read the forum rules if you're unfamiliar with how to run contests.

This is the actual reasoning behind the removal of it.

Discord is not run by Vortex, no. It is an independent chat service that I use to run a Vortex based chat. However, the problem you're facing is probably due to trying to get on in a mobile browser. They have a mobile app which is to be used if you're on a smartphone. When you download the app and log in, click the Discord link on the in-game dashboard again and it will open your Discord app and put you on Vortex's server where you can join the #quiz channel to enter the quizzes for Cosmog promo codes. If you're not on a smartphone, the only other option is to use a PC because as I said, Discord is not run by Vortex so we cannot determine its compatibility with mobile browsers, nor do we have any influence over it.

Put all your other level 5 Charmanders up for trade or release them and check the event status again, it will progress correctly then. Little known but nothing to worry about
