  1. Please could you check which browser extensions you have installed? This could be caused by a conflict with a rogue extension. Alternatively, could you try using another browser and see if the problem persists? Let me know. Thanks.
  2. Hi, I have made some changes to improve performance on the maps. This should hopefully fix your issue. Please open a new topic if the problem persists. Thank you.
  3. Ok, I'm afraid there's nothing more I can do without further information. Please open a new topic if you discover a way to reliably reproduce this bug and I will investigate.
  4. Hi cosmos5, I have made some changes to improve performance. Please open a new topic if the problem persists.
  5. Thanks for the report. This has now been fixed.
  6. Please try now. I have pushed out some changes which should make it run better for everyone. Let me know if it works.
  7. Hi, That is a possibility. The map system uses a technology called "Web Sockets" which isn't supported by all proxy servers. I don't know your internet configuration but you might want to try disabling the proxy if possible.
  8. Hi tazzer, This is something we're looking into. In the mean time, try disabling this option in the graphics options. See if that helps. Graphics options can be found on the map by clicking the gear icon at the top right (near the clock).
  9. Hi, I don't know what browser you are using but I recommend trying the latest version of Chrome, Edge or Firefox. If you could let me know what system you are using (Windows PC, iPhone, Smart TV, etc...) I could make a better recommendation.
  10. I've not been able to reproduce this bug. If you can give me step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce it, I will look into it.
  11. Hi tipsy, It's a good idea - I'll take a look into it. An FPS-cap is not something the engine supports natively, but I'll see if I can hack one on. In the world of browser-games, the game doesn't directly control the framerate - usually the game will ask the browser for an opportunity to draw a frame to the screen and the browser will dictate the framerate. (This is the only way to get high-resolution timers in web games - it wouldn't be possible to deliver smooth gameplay using ordinary timers). The browser will usually try to draw frames to match your monitor's refresh rate and no more than that. It'll also do some other clever stuff like not requesting a frame if the browser is minimized or switched to another tab, saving resources. If you can find a way to limit the framerate of the browser, then the game should follow suit. Anyway, I'll see if there's a way I can monitor the framerate and then skip a render pass if the browser asks for a frame too often.
  12. Hi, can you please tell me what browser and operating system you are using? I'll take a look into it.
  13. It's almost like you're trying to delude yourself over what was/wasn't said and what did/didn't happen. I'm not going to continue to argue over facts. Nobody is out here to target you. Everything I've said is in response to your accusations and misrepresentations. You bring this on yourself by picking fights that you cannot win - because the truth is against you. There's a common saying which I think you should contemplate. It goes something like this... "If it seems like everyone around you is a jerk... then it's probably you who is the jerk."
  14. Exactly the response I expected from you to be honest. I guess I was right about you afterall. I don't know how many times I need to say this. You were banned for swearing and ignoring mods requests for you to stop. "Rigged" is not a swear word. You weren't banned for saying "Rigged", capitals or otherwise. Perhaps you could elaborate? Fighting with people on the internet is almost always a stupid idea. My advice: stop fighting with people on the internet. In any case, it seems like all you're doing now is trying to distract from the issue by deflecting onto others; a common tactic used by narcissists. I hope for your sake you eventually come to realise how immature, arrogant and obnoxious you are being. It is not endearing.
  15. You've been warned about your behaviour several times in the past. Swearing is not permitted in our server. Why IN THE WORLD... do you think you are exempt? Yes - you've given this excuse before and the moderators told you that this is not okay. The reason for your ban is that you've repeatedly disobeyed moderators telling you not to swear. The ban isn't based on the last thing you said - it's a combination of all the things you've said. We don't ban people for swearing just once, or else you'd have been banned several times over by now. For what it's worth, on your most recent infraction you swore twice in quick succession. One of these was in FULL CAPS like you wanted the whole world to read it, and the sentiment of your words were not perceived by us to be "in happiness". Since, as you've admitted, you've been warned about your behaviour several times already, surely you saw this coming? It was hardly unexpected. You have been treated just the same as any other member of the Discord community. The staff have not singled you out specifically. This is a terrible attitude. If you're looking for a community where you can pay money to be exempt from the rules then you are in the wrong place. In the brief conversation I had with you in the past, you came across very entitled. It seems to me that you think yourself as some kind of VIP because you've spent some money in the store. This is just more evidence of that. I suggest a change of attitude would help your case. Perhaps a humble apology and recognition of your wrongdoing would go a long way... ...or were you honestly expecting you could make this post and expect us to undermine the mod team and grovel for you to come back?
  16. Hi Eligh, Please could you let me know which pokemon you are referring to? Do you have the ID numbers for both of them? I can assure you we will not remove them from your account. If you let me know then I'll be able to trace back the origin of the pokemon, find out how this occurred and fix the bug. Thank you.
  17. I don't understand. This is a topic about sharing accounts not sharing computers.
  18. Since it has been a week and you haven't responded, I'll assume this problem has resolved itself. I will close this topic. If you still have a problem then please post a new topic.
  19. When you place a bid, the money is taken out of your account immediately. If someone outbids you, then your money is refunded. What should happen if that person then retracts their bid? Should the money be taken out of your account again to reinstate you as the highest bidder? What happens if you already spent your money elsewhere? If someone retracts a bid, making you the new highest bidder, should you then be able to retract your bid too? At what point should you no longer be able to retract your bid?
  20. Ok, understood. Ban all accounts shared by multiple people, unless those people are siblings. I'll get right on that. Thanks for the suggestion.
  21. I disagree. It's very common for families to share a single user account for a family computer. If one person in the household plays vortex, there's a good chance their sibling will also. I can assure you this is true based on the number of complaints I receive between siblings fighting over accounts. It's like saying... "What's the chance of lightning striking the same place twice?" - It's actually quite high. I hope you don't need me to explain why.
