Rockruff can only evolve into Lycanroc (Midday) during midday server time. You can see the server time at the top of Pokémon Vortex.

I really want a new one that's Level 19 (or below to train it there). I really like its moves' damage at that exact level to help catch Pokémon. I've been searching for a long time in the fire maps, but haven't seen a Shiny Pansear.

What happened most likely is that you thought you selected the Master Ball, but actually did not. When you select a new move or item to use and you move your mouse while holding it, it will seem like what you want to select has been selected. But as you click 'Continue' or a button like it the original button will have taken its effect. So most likely you threw whatever Ball you were using before the Master Ball.

This is not a bug. False Swipe is intended to work as a regular damaging move in Pokémon Vortex. A lot of extra effects on moves, such as the Sp. ATK increase of Charge Beam, the turn skip of Hyper Beam or the increasing of power of Rollout do not exist in Pokémon Vortex.

To evolve your Pokémon into their Alolan forms, you need to be in the Alola region in Sidequests.

To my knowledge you just go to the trade section of the Forums and click on 'Start new Topic'. I don't know of any post limit or something similar. Then again, I've been on the forums for quite some time, so the possibility exists that there is a minimum limit.

I am no admin, so I cannot say this officially. However, I do believe that your account cannot be restored. You seemed to have someone you can trust as someone you worked with. However, sharing your password with someone is always a risk. It's a risk you took, and one your friend took. avsteel does not hit super effectively using steel. avsteel has 6 Golbat as the opponent's Pokémon.

It's possible that the clan has already reached the maximum of 100 members, making you unable to join.

Seasons always take 1 month. It starts on the 1st of a month, and ends on whichever day is the last (28th-31st).

Once a bid has been placed, it is not possible to undo it. If you don't want what you bidded on, all you can do is hope that someone else oudbids you.
