    Log into the game - Hover your mouse over the Your Account tab - Click Pokebay Auctions. At the right click start auction. Then go from there.

    Select the topic section that your topic would most likely relate, then at the right hit start new topic. Create the title, the body, etc out then create. Make sure you've read the forums rules and guidelines also.

    Creating multiple accounts to claim event Pokemon or even something that can run the risk of getting you banned. A few accounts is fine to have. But creating a ton of them for the sole purpose of something like that is not.

    Training Pokemon, selling things on Pokebay, Daily Login, etc all are ways to make money easily.

    The same way you catch normal, Shiny, or Mystic. Weaken it and hope the Pokeballs catches it. sounds like you just had bad luck.

    You can hope to get them from Mystery Boxes which can be gotten in the Vortex Store. Or you could possibly win them from the Alola Sidequest.
