  4. Sorry but I'm not able to reproduce this - however, I have pushed out an update to the rendering engine today which may possibly help. If you can provide step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce this glitch, along with details of the device and browser you are using, then I may be able to assist further; but for now, I'm going to close this topic. Did the issue only happen to you once or is it something that keeps happening? Can you recreate the issue? If yes, please provide steps to recreate the issue (be as detailed as possible) Have you checked the bug report forum to see if your issue has already been reported? Please take the time to search this forum and make sure you're not making a duplicate report.
  7. When you first approached me on Discord, you told me that someone had tricked you into giving them your username & password. You also asked me to delete all of the pokemon he took from you and to ban his account. When I asked why it took you 2 days to report the theft after it had occurred, you made up some story about how you couldn't connect to me because of a lockdown in my city (this is nonsense). After I interviewed the person you asked me to ban, he provided dozens of screenshots showing evidence that you sold him your account for 7,500 rupees. This is against the rules. You should know this. Judging by your login history and from what I've read in Discord, it is clear to me that you have not played this game since November. You simply seem to be hanging around on the chance that you might be able to sell pokemon/pokedollars to another player for real money. I don't see why I should restore your account only for you to proceed to try selling it again; it seems like a waste of my time. I also noticed that your account is carrying several dozen event pokemon which were rewarded from daily logins over the last few years. All of these pokemon appear to trace back to many accounts that were created solely for the purpose of harvesting daily login rewards. This is an abuse of the system and is banworthy in its own right. There is no chance of your account being unbanned. Go play somewhere else.
  8. Hi, These legendaries were most likely hatched from eggs during the 2018 Hatchathon event. All pokemon hatched from eggs were level 5. This includes legendaries. This was intentional.

  14. Hi, you could try a couple of things to improve your FPS: Change the graphics settings. You can reduce the quality of the graphics by clicking the cog icon next to the clock on the explore page. Lower quality should improve your FPS. Try a different web browser. I think you are currently using Opera. Try Chrome or Firefox for better FPS. If neither of these help you, I'm afraid it may just be that your device is too old to work well. Good luck!
  15. At the moment, we are using lava and waterfalls to prevent players from traversing certain areas. They serve the same purpose as walls, rocks and cliffs. We don't intend to allow players to traverse lava at the moment - although this may be an option for us to explore in future. The sprites used for surfing and rock climbing are based on the sprites used in Pokémon HeartGold. (i.e. non-descript pokemon) They are deliberately designed as ambiguous, amorphous blobs.
  16. Very odd. I've not been able to reproduce the issue in Chrome, so I still suspect that a browser extension may be the cause of your issue. I'm glad you've found a workaround anyway.
  17. The problem is that the time for the question was over before the answer reached the bot. The bot had already announced "Time's up" before the answer came in. This is just the way of the internet. Sending messages (especially through Discord) is not instantaneous; it can take half a second for the message to arrive, and this one came too late. Either way, it's clear to me that this guy didn't know the answer to the question anyway. This was his third guess.
  18. Hi NeruDX, It sounds like something is interfering with your ability to run javascript. My best guess is that you have some sort of overzealous security software which is disabling it for all browsers. Try disabling your security software temporarily (if you can) and see if this helps.
  19. Cool. I'm glad I managed to get it working on your laptop. The option has been removed as the game no longer uses this technology. There's nothing to disable.

  24. Upon review, it does not appear that any pokemon were duplicated.
