I don't think I'll play Pokémon Stadium 2 with this team, although the possibility does exist. I will use teams from Generation 2 games (Gold & Crystal) in Stadium 2 when that time comes.
I have heard of Animaniacs. I'm not a fan.

The last Pokémon you battle before going back to the area where you want to encounter Mew is important. That Pokémon's Special stat decides what you encounter.
I'm unsure how randomizer settings may change this though, I've not tried it in a randomizer.

Just wanted to let you know, Snorlax is white and blue, not white and black. Snorlax shouldn't be allowed.

For consistency reasons, we used the colours listed in the PokéDex.
Snorlax is listed as black in the PokéDex, so its usage in this battle was legal.

From my experience the reward is between 1 million and 1.5 million Pokédollars, somewhere around that.
No matter if the region is small or large, you get that money reward.

There is no rule against catching Legendary Pokémon.

No. Pokémon Blue was the first Pokémon game that was released.
It takes place in the Kanto region, and only contains Legendary Pokémon introduced on those games. So that's Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mewtwo and Mew.

You can always watch episodes online.

There's enough places to do that.
